All art works presented for judging may be photographed and reproduced for non-commercial promotion by Belas Artes Multicultural Center and Digital Imaging & Design LLC.  Belas Artes Multicultural Center and Digital Imaging & Design LLC reserve the right to accept or not accept any work for exhibition.
